		Welcome to Contenders Wrestling Club. We offer classes instructing and practicing the basics in Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco wrestling. Our intention is to introduce the amateur sport of wrestling into the community at a younger age and gear towards improving the skills needed to compete at ISWA and National tournaments levels. We pair the kids up based off of age, weight, and expierence. We are a year round program. We break the year down into 4 three month sessions.
